Upcoming confirmed, deposit-pending and rescheduled bookings with no flight assigned yet — follow a row to its calendar day to assign a pilot.

Reschedule requests

Calendar or customer-initiated moves wait here with live email / WhatsApp delivery status and the customer's answer — approving moves the booking (audited + undoable), declining leaves it untouched. A ☎ badge means the channels disagree: verify by phone first. Nothing reschedules silently.

Pilot compliance

License, medical and first-aid standing per active pilot — amber when an expiry is ≤30 days out, red when lapsed (data flows in from logbook uploads). Set each pilot's email here; day sheets can't reach a pilot without one.

Recent activity (audit log)

Every transaction and edit, newest first — web bookings, voucher sales, template edits, payout saves. Reversible actions have an Undo (the undo is logged too).
