Upload the office Student List export (the pay source) and optionally one pilot's logbook (cross-check only — never pays). Pay weeks run Friday→Thursday. SANParks fees are tracked separately and are not pilot pay.

Finalized weeks
Approved pay weeks are locked on the Run tab. Unfinalizing flips a week back to draft so it can be re-verified — nothing is deleted, the saved lines stay on record and the Run tab re-computes the week from the stored manifest. Draft weeks can be re-finalized per row. Every flip is audited.
